The freedom you're granted means that the game is only as complex as you play it. It's a format familiar to folk who play other dungeon-delvers, and the massive variety should feel overwhelming – but it doesn't. The game really amps up the complexity the longer you play, allowing for layers of varied content. The community for Path of Exile is also huge, opening doors for you to forge friendships online. This top-down dungeon raiding action-RPG focuses on character customization and has enough content to keep you playing for years to come. If you're a fan of games like Diablo and want to find a way it scratch that itch while waiting for the next installment, Path of Exile is going to be a sure win in your book. Ignore 3 & 4.Path of Exile is a top-down dungeon raiding action-RPG focuses on character customization. Play the first two as well - they're excellent. Someone already mentioned Broken Sword 5. The Silver Case and The Danganronpa games - visual novel murder mysteries Point & click adventures like Still Life, Cognition, Kathy Rain, and The Blackwell games. There's five or six scenarios available right now I've only completed three scenarios and I have about 7 hours in the game so far. You use textual clues to ask the right questions and eventually figure out who to arrest. Tell Me Everything - low-fi interrogation simulator. Noire - very flawed, but I enjoyed it enough to play to completionĬontradiction - Spot the Liar! and Tesla Effect - FMV mysteries with delightful over-the-top acting

Kona - a combination of survival and mystery solvingĪ Normal Lost Phone and SIMULACRA - What I call privacy invasion simulators: you find a cell phone and the you try to find out what happened to their owners by unpacking the phone's content in a series of escalating puzzles I also liked The Awakened and Crimes & Punishments (though C&P was a lot easier than the other Sherlock games)
